Jalex, as the Main contractor had a dedicated outstation project team in Johor throughout the refurbishment of the entire resort spanning across 128 acres. 

Areas include but not limited to Reception Lobby, All Day Dining, Ember Beach Club, Japanese Restaurant, Chenot Spa, 44 number of guestrooms and a stand alone villa - Villa One.
