Part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Else is situated in the six-storey  Lee Rubber Building, one of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic structures from the 1930s.

Jalex executed the fit-out works for the public area comprising of the Lobby, All Day Dining, Meeting rooms, Gym, Spa, Restrooms and 49 number of guestroom with 11 variations.

Scattered around the hotel are some bespoke loose furniture by Jalex.
