As the main contractor, Jalex was responsible for the coordination and safety of all Nominated Sub-Contractors (i.e. Electrical, ACMV, ICT and Kitchen Equipment) and Sub-Contractors work (i.e. Demolition, Wetworks, Ceiling, Stone, Metal and Joinery).
To ensure a successful project execution within the project duration, the Jalex Team had two different groups which focused on the public area (i.e. Reception Lobby, All Day Dining, Ballroom and Blue Chip Lounge) and the two hotel wings, Damai Wing and Bay Wing with a total of 291 rooms respectively spread throughout the 425 acres of lush greenery.
