Jalex takes pride in being the interior builder for Guocoland's corporate office in the prestigious Guoco Tower.

The office fit-out spans two floors, encompassing 37,000 square feet. The lower level features the main reception area, meeting rooms, and the project team’s workspace. The upper level is dedicated to director’s rooms, boardrooms, training space, and the legal and finance team.

Relaxed formal furniture sets the tone inside, complemented by large vertical light boxes that infuse a soft ambiance into the waiting area. Meeting spaces strategically placed near the reception encourage quick meet-ups with a touch of transparency. Wall panels doubling as cabinets add functionality and space division, while the continuity of the space is maintained through thoughtful carpet tile colors.
