Étoile Bistro, translated as “Star” in French has definitely lived up to its name and became one of the shining dining spot worthy of the 5-star accredited hotel. As one of the last areas to be constructed and with the hotel beginning to receive guests, Jalex had to work within the constraints of a live building.

Our challenge was with the working hours of 6pm till 12am to minimize any discomfort to hotel guests also notwithstanding working during the pandemic with new standard health operating procedures. Within 3 months, the 7,000 square feet stylish bistro locally designed by BluWater Studios was successfully completed by end March 2020.
