Interior Fit-out work for Shopping Centre

This marks the shopping centre's inaugural major redevelopment project since its inception in 2004. The endeavor entails expanding the retail space by approximately 50,000 square feet of net lettable area.

Jalex is currently engaged to do the Package 2 works under Phase 1. The enhancements will encompass enlarging entertainment facilities, including additional halls for the family-friendly cinema, expanding the bowling area and introducing an adventure park at the Esplanade.
