The complete refurbishment of the 30 years old hotel is one of the most challenging project executed. Altogether 345 guestrooms in 15 floors were completely stripped and replaced with new furniture, furnishing, lightings, wallpapers, carpet, marble, and sanitary fittings. The hotel was still operational while essential services including plumbing, electrical, air-condition, fire fighting were interchanged.

Six levels in the podium, including the coffee house, chinese restaurant, deli, lounge, lobby and a complete new ballroom were refurbished. Simultaneously the external facade was upgraded.

The interfacing of new and existing, carried out within a tight and controlled time frame demanded the most experienced, untiring and capable project management team.
