 Menara Hap Seng underwent a 75 weeks refurbishment programme to give it an unprecedented  facelift and a new contemporary look.  Working under very confined environment with the building  still operational, Jalex took a professional approach to manage the micropiling, column  strengthening, pile caps enlargement, new Annexe, new skylight, new Atrium, MEP Services,  upgrading of Lift Cars, Lobbies, Toilets with zero major accidents and zero health related incident.
