Transformation of a 35 years old office building comprising of a new 8 storey Annexe podium and lobby; extension of the main lobby; new porte coherer; new external facade; enlargement of existing office space.

Working under a very confined space environment with a high water table soil condition in the heart of the city where proper traffic control is required, dust and noise prevention particularly for the occupied office tenants and the adjoining hotels.
