| 1. PROJECT DIRECTOR |
|
Job Requirements: |
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or relevant qualification.
- 15 years of working experience in Architecture/ Building works preferably in Interior fit out.
- Responsible for leading and managing the team of project management staff.
- Plan, strategise and implement agreed and appropriate activities for the continuous
growth, and reputation of the company. |

| 2. PROJECT MANAGERS / CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS |
| Job Requirements: |
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (I.D.), Architecture or relevant qualification
- 5 to 8 years working experience in I.D. / Architectural / Building works
- Responsible for management and executing the projects.
- Possess management and leadership qualities to perform, synergise and growth |

| 3. PROJECT EXECUTIVES |
| Job Requirements: |
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (I.D.), Architecture or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years working experience in I.D. / Architectural / Building works
- Conversant in project management and coordination and liaison with Clients / Consultants
- Independent, result driven and good problem solver |

| 4. QUANTITY SURVEYORS |
| Job Requirements: |
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 3 years working experience in I.D. / Architectural / Building works
- Cost estimation, tenders, claim & certification
- Enthusiastic, Diligient & Meticulous |

| 5. AUTOCAD OPERATOR DESIGNERS |
| Job Requirements: |
- Certificate or Diploma in AutoCAD Design or related field of study
