The Mines Shopping Fair

DESCRIPTION ●
This two phased project cover the creation of a new 3-storey shopping complex with 9,000 m2 as floor space; new atrium lobby; 25 meter long new skybridge across existing canal; relocation of existing escalators, refurbishment all of the toilets and reconfiguration of existing multi tenancy lots to create additional 1,000 m2 of retail lots.

The new complex is built on top of the existing carpark basement and low risk construction methodology were utilized taking into consideration the safety logistic aspect and the convenience of the public.
